RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — TWLV COLLECTIVE

Each TWLV Collective piece is made to order. Production begins once an order is placed.

No Returns or Exchanges  
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind  
- Incorrect sizing selection  
- Preference or subjective expectations  

Faulty or Defective Items  
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

To report an issue, contact:  
hello@twlvcollective.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Order reference  
- Clear images of the issue  

If approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or  
- Issue a refund where appropriate  

Important  
Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged after delivery (unless the fault is inherent).

Consumer Rights  
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

TWLV Collective operates in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
