We source our materials globally, but your custom made products are constructed at TWLV Collective HQ, Merseyside (UK). We work with local craftsmanship to produce the best quality possible.
How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order.
Please allow 7–10 working days for production before dispatch — a process that allows us to focus on quality and avoid excess.
What is the return policy?
As each piece is made to order, returns aren’t offered unless an item is faulty. Each piece is covered by a 90 day guarantee. If there’s an issue, we’ll put it right.
